Counter melee.
+100% melee hit rate

Able to get Mangekyou.

WAYS :
1) FIND A PARTNER WHO HAS ALMOST SAME STATS (OR EVEN HIGHER BUT NOT TOO HIGH) AS YOURS AND BOTH OF YOU GO ROUGE AND HIT EACH OTHER WITH YOUR SHARINGAN ACTIVATED..

YOU HAVE TO SPAR WID EACH OTHER TILL U GET INTO CRITICAL STATE AND WAIT TILL UR HP GETS FULL BY ITSELF.



Mangekyou Sharingan
Requirements - 130, 150 Kills
Drain - +0.5% blindness per second.

Requirments- 160 and alot of kills

1) GET LVL 105+ YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY HAVE IT (IM NOT SURE AND I THINK YOU NEED TO HAVE 100+ KILLS, IF IM WRONG PLZ CORRECT ME)
